Payroll activities will be conducted on behalf of your business to ensure that all financial information is up to date.

This includes:

Paycheck Processing: Calculating and processing employee salaries or wages based on hours worked, salary rates, and other compensation factors. This includes handling regular pay, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and any other forms of compensation.

Deduction Management: Managing and calculating deductions from employees' paychecks, such as income tax withholdings, Social Security and Medicare (FICA) contributions, health insurance premiums, retirement plan contributions (e.g., 401(k)), and other voluntary or mandatory deductions.

Tax Compliance: Ensuring that federal, state, and local income taxes, as well as other payroll-related taxes (e.g., unemployment insurance, workers' compensation), are calculated accurately and remitted to the appropriate tax authorities on time. This includes filing payroll tax returns.

Direct Deposit and Check Printing: Facilitating direct deposit payments into employees' bank accounts and/or generating physical paychecks for distribution.

Payroll Reporting: Generating payroll reports for both the employer and employees, which may include pay stubs, year-end W-2 or 1099 forms, and other tax-related documents.

Record Keeping: Maintaining records of employee earnings, deductions, and payroll transactions, as well as historical payroll data for compliance and reporting purposes.

New Hire Reporting: Reporting new employee hires to the relevant government agencies as required by law.
